Operations Executive

An established organization, in the Banking Industry, is inviting dynamic individuals to apply for the following position:

OPERATION EXECUTIVE (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operation
• Vendor and inventory management support which include: SLA, delivery schedule, forecast and procurement planning & etc
• Support cost / budget management – include verification of bills, quotations from vendors / suppliers
• Manage physical inventory – include monthly stock take
• Monthly reports
• Reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy; both physical and system records tally
• Forecast, Inventory stock monitoring, tracking and planning
• Disposal / Trade-in / Write off planning
• Establish and maintenance of SOP (streamline processes)
• Involve in testing phase of inventory system enhancement – include the preparation of user acceptance test plan, planning and delivering of the test results, conduct UAT

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management
• Meticulous and structured
• Pro-active and excellent in processes
