Established regional organization, in the education industry, is inviting dynamic individuals to explore the following position:

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide customers with information  and advice on products and services
  • Provide timely response to customers’ telephone and email enquiries
  • Qualify prospect leads and forward to centre representatives for follow-up
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing in advertising and promotion  activities
  • Conduct various types of market research survey
  • Maintain accurate record of customers’ contact for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Prepare reports / analysis of recorded data

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma holders
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in retails environment
  • Possess good telephone etiquette / pleasant disposition / interpersonal skills
  • Polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Possess initiative and a positive attitude
  • Enjoy talking to prospects and building relationships
  • Resourceful, flexible and persuasive
  • Perseverance and the ability to respect customers’ answers
  • Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Power Point, Word & Excel
  • Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment
  • 5 day rotating work week, including weekends
  • Working location: Dhoby Ghaut
