Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounts assigned by the HOD or Deputy HOD
- Build relationship and maintain close contact with the customers under his/her charge, jointly with operations staff
- Coordinate with the respective departments on the contractual requirements for tenders and secured projects
- Attend tender briefing, interviews, and presentation as requested by the customers
- Prepare Project P&L for approval
- Prepare and submit sales proposals/quotations
- Maintain records of all quotations and contracts submitted
- Coordinate with Finance department on matters pertaining to contracts, billing, outstanding payments, etc.
- Conduct annual Service Quality Survey with the customers under his/her charge
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD or Deputy HOD
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Commerce, Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Good with MS Office
