Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective secretarial support to the Group MD and Group FC
  • Coordinate, arrange and manage meetings, appointment and travel arrangement
  • Diary management
  • Organize and maintain efficient filing system for easy reference
  • Handle daily calls, dealing with daily correspondences and confidential document
  • Preparation of agenda and document minutes of meeting
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience supporting Senior Management
  • Matured disposition with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Organized, meticulous, responsible and independent
  • Proficiency in MS Office
