Responsibilities:
- Assist Logistics Manager to oversee the store
- Administer the operation of the store. Receive, inspect, verify and store goods received
- Issue and record issuance and sales of goods in accordance to established procedures
- Perform stock count
- Check in/out transactions updated into inventory management system
- Monitor and plan for stock replenishment
- Maintain files related to the activities of the store, such as purchase requisitions, delivery orders, invoices, various stock issuance forms, sales order, etc.
- Check inventory and sales reports prepared by logistics officers
- Monitor tagging and tracking of controlled equipment
- Monitor returns of store items on loan. Ensure loan items are returned timely
- Monitor and ensure store equipment and devices are kept in good condition and repaired or replaced when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in store operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Inventory Management Software
