Senior Logistics Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Logistics Manager to oversee the store
  • Administer the operation of the store. Receive, inspect, verify and store goods received
  • Issue and record issuance and sales of goods in accordance to established procedures
  • Perform stock count
  • Check in/out transactions updated into inventory management system
  • Monitor and plan for stock replenishment
  • Maintain files related to the activities of the store, such as purchase requisitions, delivery orders, invoices, various stock issuance forms, sales order, etc.
  • Check inventory and sales reports prepared by logistics officers
  • Monitor tagging and tracking of controlled equipment
  • Monitor returns of store items on loan. Ensure loan items are returned timely
  • Monitor and ensure store equipment and devices are kept in good condition and repaired or replaced when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in store operation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Inventory Management Software
